My experience enables me to offer effective, individualized psychotherapy and counselling care. I treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples.
My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan
I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
An important part of my role is to help you find ways to manage anxiety, especially if these worries are adversely impacting work performance, relationships, and daily routines. Here is what I am doing to help:
-The office is being sanitized with germicidal cleanser on all high-contact surfaces frequently;
-Hand sanitizer is being provided and its use encouraged;
-The customary shaking of hands is temporarily suspended;
-Increased seating distance has been implemented;
-Washrooms will not require keys;
-Obviously ill clients will be kindly asked to return at a time when they are well;
-I will continue to monitor my own health and public health advisories.
-If you want, you may wear a mask; if you ask, I will wear one too.
As always, the well-being and health of my clients is my top priority. If you are ill, think you may be ill, have been in personal contact with someone who is ill, or are afraid of becoming ill, the appointment can be done by phone or video.
Please do not attend in person if you or a cohabitant are experiencing symptoms including fever, bad cough, difficulty breathing or pneumonia in both lungs, and be symptom-free for 14 days before booking or returning to sessions.

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counselling and treatment, I am able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. I can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Relationship counselling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both parties and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
